– Website: xclima.bg – an electronic platform for the presentation and trade of air conditioning equipment and related services.
– User: a natural or legal person visiting the site and/or using the content and services.
– Products and Services: air conditioning equipment, heat pumps, installation, service, maintenance, and other offered services.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

These General Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Bulgarian law. All disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.
