Delivery of Ordered Products
Deliveries of ordered and in-stock products are carried out within five business days.
You can request delivery to a courier office or pick up the product in person from our office in Varna, 12 Dr. Stoycho Yordanov St., 9010 Briz District, or Yambol, 18 Nikolay Petrini St., 8600. Simply select the corresponding option during your online order.
Products are dispatched after our associate confirms the order and clarifies the delivery address with the customer. If you wish to change the specified address or have other questions regarding delivery, you can use the provided phone numbers or the contact form.
In-Store Pickup
If you have selected the “Free pickup from our office” option, our associate will contact you to determine which specific office is most convenient for you to visit. This way, you save on courier fees and ensure that the product will not be sold to someone else.
Courier Delivery
All items available on the website are delivered nationwide within 5 business days via the EKONT courier company.
There is also the possibility, upon your request, for the goods to be delivered at your expense by another courier company of your choice.
